I Want to share two examples of how Western companies are respectful of clients ' money and not try to keep them in the case of obvious errors of the customers. Really miss that Russian companies, especially mobile operators who have already reached that if an invalid entry request show "a joke" and blamed from 30 rubles.

Many of us don't like it when watching "big brother", but in this case the surveillance has benefits. Interestingly, the fact that I watched the video from Russia, they did not stop. On Habre somehow there are people who have their online stores and this post, I want to encourage them to be a little more tolerant to errors of the client and not to try to cash in on them. Your karma and loyalty of the visitor are much more expensive.
